I got more log cabin blocks made for a border for the of the current blockswappers project. I have mentioned before that we try to keep our projects under wraps until they are shown at the Annual Woodcarvers and Quilt Expo in Blue Earth, MN in August. I shared pictures of last year's project here.
For this year's project we made 4 scrappy 7-1/2" log cabin blocks for each member of the group. This week I made 40 more blocks to add to my quilt. Thats about all I will be sharing about this particular project until August- just a teaser!
Speaking of log cabin quilts I do have one I can share with you that I quilted for a client this past week.
It looks more like Fall than Spring but she will be ready when the season is here!
Here is a close up of the quilting that I did on this one. It turned out very pretty!
If you would like to check out a bunch more design wall go to Judy Laquidera's blog here !
Have a great week!
Tracy
