Then on Thursday night while Mr. Plum and I were on our walk, I dared to say out loud that I had less than 20 quilts waiting on the shelf to be quilted. I told him that maybe I was going to get my waiting list under control....
Friday morning, Mr. Plum called and asked if I could deliver some parts he needed to a job site. When I returned look what had been left next door for me!!! I think there is five quilts here-so much for being under 20!
I guess I have job security for awhile anyway. Especially if you add in the 5 t-shirt quilts I have committed to making before Christmas!
I am really not complaining but I AM feeling a bit overwhelmed!!!
Guess I really shouldn't be taking Monday and Tuesday off, but I am! My friend, Jolyn and I are going to take in the southeastern section of the Minnesota Quilt Shop Hop. If we make it to all twelve shops in this section and get our "passport" stamped at each, we will get a bag filled with 20 half yard cuts of black and white prints. How cool is that? Should be great fabric stash enhancement! I'm excited!!!
If you want to learn more about the shop hop check out the their website here . I'll try to give you a report about it when we get back!
